It was a lot of information (reading) and not as many pictures as I had hoped. Was for our 4 year old (who in fairness, attention span is somewhat minimal when books are overly informative) but from the look of the book just thought it would be a bit different. More advanced readers would enjoy
My 4-year old, who loves everything about dinosaurs and whose favorite word has been "poop" for the last six months, absolutely adores this book and is thrilled to be learning new facts about his favorite subject.
Nice book! Very funny scientific approach to a nasty topic! My clever 7 and 9 year old grandsons love it. Good for bedtime reading too! Stimulating to the imagination and educational.
For a book about dino poop it’s actually pretty informative. I feel for the author having to come up with so many ways to say “feces.â€
Cute book. It doesn't really read like a story though, which is what I was expecting based on the cover and the age range. Lots of good scientific information if your kid is really into learning the facts, though.
Cool I guess for older kids who REALLY want to know everything there is to know about dinosaur poop— and the scientists who study it. In my mind this was going to be a funny kids book about dinosaur poop that will make them giggle & maybe they learn something along the way. Reads more like information overload on the topic.
This book is great for anyone, kids too, interested in dinosaurs.. Funny and full of facts.
Greatgrandson's birthday gift. He is 6 & plans to be a paleontologist. It was his favorite birthday present.
